The commissions are the organs of the Executive Office, responsible for the achievement of specific missions. They can of this fact have among their ranks people who are members or not of MEDCAMER, solicited for their respective skills, medical or of different orders. They remain however, under the full direction of the officials of the executive office, including the vice-presidents.

There are five committees within MEDCAMER.
